Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary around holidays and monthly drop periods.
Shipping Carrier(s):
All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS, depending on order size and address location.
Free Shipping?
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $60
Tracking:
All orders receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
International Shipping:
• We currently ship to Canada.
• Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on customs.
Lost / Damaged Packages:
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, Cuticle & Co. is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. However, please contact us — we are always happy to help.
Address Issues:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reship fees.
Returns / Exchanges:
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final. We can not resell product that has left our facility and returned due to quality and safety assurance. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
Orders cannot be modified once shipped.
