Refund policy

Lost / Damaged / Stolen Packages:
Orders protected with Checkout+ package protection are covered if they are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To file a claim, visit our order portal within 30 days of your delivery date and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. If your package hasn’t been marked delivered, please allow up to 15 days from shipment before filing a claim for a missing package.

Orders placed without package protection are not covered once the package is in the carrier’s possession, and Cuticle & Co. is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact us at customerservice@cuticleandcompany.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Address Issues:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reship fees.

Returns / Exchanges:
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final. We can not resell product that has left our facility and returned due to quality and safety assurance. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

Orders cannot be modified once shipped.
