Lost / Damaged Packages:
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, Cuticle & Co. is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. However, please contact us — we are always happy to help.
Address Issues:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reship fees.
Returns / Exchanges:
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final. We can not resell product that has left our facility and returned due to quality and safety assurance. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
Orders cannot be modified once shipped.
